Bus
- 222: Fastest and most direct route to/from Uxbridge/Hounslow, scheduled to run every 7 - 8 minutes thoughout most of the day (every 12 minutes at weekends), but intervals can sometimes be up to 30 minutes then 3 come at once...

- U3: To/from Uxbridge/Heathrow, runs at approx 20 minute intervals, takes anything from 20 to 45 minutes to go either way. Stops outside Uxbridge Civic Centre, the home of Hillingdon Borough Council
- U5: To/from Uxbridge/Hayes, runs at approx 20 minute intervals, takes anything from 15 to 35 minutes to go either way.
These three buses stop on Yiewsley High Street and at West Drayton Station. Heading towards Uxbridge, both the U3 and U5 go via
Hillingdon Hospital; the U3 continues via
Brunel University.
Tickets can be bought on the bus, cash fare £2.00 per journey (January 2007; increased from £1.50 in 2006; increased from £1.20 in 2005: it's the
Mayor of London Ken Livingstone's innovative way of encouraging more people out of their cars onto the buses, apparently...), or in advance from the Post Office in multipacks at a discounted price. The Post Office also provides
Oyster Card and Travelcard renewals (cash or cheque payments only).
H50: To/from Stockley Park/Hayes via West Drayton Station, Monday - Friday, daytime only (no evening service).

Car
Pay & Display car parking is available behind Tesco, Fairfield Road. Limited metered parking is available along the High Street. Aldi, the Co-Op and Iceland all have customer parking available.
There is strictly no parking on the pavement outside St Matthew's: this area must be kept clear for access. Customers and staff of the Sea Life Fish Bar are especially requested to take note.
At peak times Yiewsley High Street is a bottleneck: it's faster to walk and best avoided by car if possible.

Train
Trains run at approx 20 minute intervals from
West Drayton Station to/from central London (Paddington), Slough and Oxford, stopping at various local stations including Hayes & Harlington and Ealing Broadway (for connections with the Underground, Central Line)

Uxbridge is the nearest tube station, Metropolitan Line (all day) and Picadilly Line (peak times only). For the Central Line, take a train to Ealing Broadway.
